Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact ICGI via customerservice@invisiblecaregiver.com or call 800-718-1322 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ship the item(s) within 30 days of the date on your invoice, in the original package using a carrier that provides tracking services. Upon receiving verification of the return ICGI will promptly issue a refund for the merchandise to you. We will notify you via e-mail or telephone of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Details:
- Be sure to save all packing slips and other materials.
- Call for an RMA number, and a ship to address. All returns will be accepted, regardless of the reason, as long as the entire package is intact including the original documentation, manuals, and all hardware.
- All returns must be have an RMA. The RMA will be Void 30 days after being issued.
- All returns must be completed within 30 days of the date on your invoice. 30 day money back guarantee.
¨ Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a full refund. Such an order will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. See Partial Refund Guideline below for details.
- Ship all items postage paid and insured (customer is responsible for all shipping charges). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable or reimbursable, except when the item is defective.
- No returns will be accepted at our Business Office.
- Our warehouse will not accept COD’s.
- Pack the item well, insure it for the full value, and request tracking or proof of delivery. Any items lost in shipping or damaged during return are your responsibility.
All items received with missing parts must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Special &
Custom Orders:
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After
24 hours, production of your custom order begins, so we cannot make
changes.
Special & Custom Order Items: If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items.
Partial Refund Guideline:
Items that do not meet our return guidelines will receive only a partial refund.
· Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
· The item is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
· The labeling has been removed or tampered with: 80% of item’s price.
· There is obvious signs of misuse or abuse: up to 50% of item’s price.
Shipping Damage:
Please remember that items that are damaged in shipping need to be reported to the carrier and handled according to their rules. We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Any information you provide us is kept strictly confidential. We use you information for marketing analysis, marketing, and general information. All information provided is solely for ICGI and shall not be sold, traded, or otherwise distributed to any third party.
